The Ghana Health Service has reported an increase in Ghana’s coronavirus case count. The number of cases recorded leaped to 9,462 as at 3:39 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2020
However, a total of 44 death and 3,547 recoveries were recorded. The disease keeps spreading as the government intensifies efforts in many conducting tests.
The Government announced that schools are to be reopened for all final year students of the various education levels in Ghana. These are the final year students in the JHS, SHS, and the universities.
Government has also eased the restriction and ban on religious service with the number of people in attendance to be 100. These occasions must also last for just our hour in a bid to reduce the rate of infections.
Regardless, Ghana’s borders are to remain closed until further notice.
