The Ghana Health Service has announced an increase in the confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ghana taking the tally to 11,118 as at June 13, 2020.
The Health Service announced 262 new confirmed cases via its designated portal for daily update. The latest update recorded 7,091 active cases and a rise in recoveries, however, the death toll still remains at 48.
The Greater Accra Region remains the hotspot of the pandemic in the country, having more than 60 per cent of the confirmed cases, with a tally of 6,888.
