Ghana’s coronavirus tests top 50,000

Ghana’s aggressive tests for covid-19 has seen over 50,000 samples examined as of Wednesday, April 15.

Ghana comes second, behind South Africa, in terms of testing for coronavirus.

Exactly, 50,517 test have been conducted as of Wednesday, April 15. To date, 636 case have been officially confirmed as of Thursday, March 12.

The Noguchi Memorial Institute of Clinical Research is said to have performed a majority of the test, basically within the southern part of Ghana, whiles the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Remedy has conducted suspected cases inside the Northern sector.
