Google has finally implemented its “Continuous Scrolling” on desktop searching.
This means that Google’s search results on desktop will load in a continuous scroll instead of choosing page numbers.
During a search, Google will load six pages of results into a single scroll before providing users a “See more” button to show more results.
Google said this feature is to help users “see more search results easily.”
Starting today, we’re bringing continuous scrolling to desktop in English in the U.S. so you can continue to see more search results easily. When you reach the bottom of a search results page, you'll now be able to see up to six pages of results. pic.twitter.com/xIuVP24FFm

The new feature will roll out in the US before users globally overtime.
Google previously said that “most people who want additional information” will typically “browse up to four pages of search results.”
