One particular error the system kept making was not updating previous bill payments in new bills.
With the inception of the electronic pay system , the general public can now pay their bills from the comfort of their homes and not join the usual long queues at the pay centers. With a smartphone , you can log on to the respective apps to download the GWCL app to enjoy this service.

Note : The Ghana Water account number is the same as your customer number . This number can be found on the bill paper (far right top corner)
