After confirming repayment, you will receive an SMS of the Loan amount paid settled.

- Select 6 for Savings and Loans
- Select 2 for Loans and Payback Loans
- Select 2 to Pay Back Fido Loan
- Select 1 to Pay Fido Loan

How to To repay your Fido Loan with Cash
- Head to any Zenith Bank branch of your choice
- Ask for a Deposit Slip
- Fill the Forms as typed below;

Be sure to write your full name on the deposit slip also give your Client ID (*********) to the teller
Are you unable to Payback Loan?
Kindly contact FIDO via [email protected] or Customer Support on 024 243 6885 with issues related to the repayment of your FIDO Loan. Customers will be charged additional penalties for late repayments.
Fido also reserves the right to take any legal action to recover outstanding debts and report delinquent borrowers to the appropriate agencies and/or authorities.
