Internet service provider, Surfline Ghana has given an update following months of network outages.
Customers of the LTE service have been left stuck and impatient because their internet hasn’t been operating for almost a month.
Users have not been able to access the internet using their Surfline gadgets or SIM cards.
Surfline Ghana has informed consumers that it is making great strides toward reestablishing the network, nonetheless.
Customers will be compensated for the service inconvenience, and Surfline has stressed that their data validity will be increased.
