According to sources, Twitter’s CEO, Elon Musk, have tasked its employees to introduce a system where users pay for verification on Twitter.
Insiders have disclosed that Twitter is planning to charge $19.99 for the new Twitter Blue subscription.
Meanwhile, already verified users would have 90 days to subscribe or lose their blue checkmark.
Addressing verification issues, Elon Musk twitted; “The whole verification process is being revamped right now.”
Days after acquiring Twitter, Musk changed few things on Twitter, with the first being a change in the homepage for logged-out users.
