An LTE service outage is currently affecting Surfline Ghana, one of Ghana’s main internet providers.
Users have been unable to use Surfline devices or SIMs to access the internet for more than a week. The disruption reportedly started over the weekend.
Following a series of complaints, Surfline has issued a message to customers on why their internet is down.
In the message, Surfline noted that “they are working hard with all external stakeholders to resolve the matter”.
Customers will receive compensation, they added, and the bundle’s data validity will be extended as a result of the service disruption.
However, they gave no timeline as to when the service will be restored.
