Akufo-Addo honours Ghana Airports Company MD

President of the Republic of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo has honored Pamela Djamson-Tettey, the managing director of Ghana Airports Company Limited.

At this year’s Gold Award ceremony of the Head of State Awards Scheme, Mrs. Pamela Djamson-Tettey was presented with a Legacy & Gadia State Award.

The ceremony was held at the Jubilee House on Monday, December 19, 2022, under the auspices of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award and the Head of State Award (HoSA) Board of Trustees.

Under the Special honours of Legacy & Gadia State Award, Mrs. Pamela Djamson-Tettey was presented with a Gold award. The award was the President’s recognition of her demonstration of excellence in the field of her career and a show of commitment to advancing gender equality, employment and diversity.

She is a holder of the Duke of Edinburg’s Silver Award, which she gained between 1979 –1982 at Farringtons School, Chislehurst, Kent, United Kingdom.

Currently, Ghana Airports Company Limited’s managing director is Pamela Djamson-Tettey (GACL).

She has approximately 30 years of senior management experience in a number of industries, including mining, manufacturing, and the power sector.
